Artist Biography

Pixie Lott (born Victoria Louise Lott on 12 January 1991 in Kent, UK) is a british singer-songwriter and actress. At the age of 15 she was signed to the Island Def Jam Music Group by LA Reid, and is now signed to the subsidiary Mercury Records in the UK, and Interscope in the US.

Her first single "Mama Do (uh oh, uh oh)" was released for download on 6 June 2009 and officially on 8 June 2009, going straight to number one in the UK singles charts in the week of 14 June 2009. She has also recorded Mama Do in Simlish for Electronic Arts, which is featured on The Sims 3. Pixie's second single "Boys And Girls", which was physically released on 7 September 2009, hit the the top of the UK singles charts in the week of 13 September 2009.
Pixie's debut album, "Turn It Up", was released 14 September 2009.

"Cry Me Out" is expected to be released in October 2009 as Pixie's third single from her debut album.

Pixie has also recorded covers of many songs, these include "Poker Face", "Use Somebody" and "Apologize".
